Those who attack Turkey's stability, attack Europe's stability, Foreign Minister said on his visit to Ankara.
Europe's and Hungary's interest is the stability in Turkey, according to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjártó who visited Ankara on Tuesday. Mr Szijjártó explained that if Turkey is not stable, the migration influx can dramatically increase, and this would put pressure again on the Western Balkan route and Hungary's southern border. All attempts to undermine Turkey's stability must be rejected, he added. A military coup is a serious thing according to the minister, who said that we should respect the answer which Turkey democratically elected leaders gave to the events. In order to prepare Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's upcoming visit to Turkey, Mr Szijjártó met among others Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu.
