MEP's of the Hungarian left wing parties voted in favour of punishing countries that refuse to take part in the migrant quota scheme.
The governing parties Fidesz and KNDP criticised the Hungarian left wing MEP's for voting in favour of a motion to fine EU member states that refuse to participate in the refugee quota.
