Bad decisions made by Brussels can cause popular revolts in Europe, the tendency can already be seen at the latest elections, former Czech president Václav Klaus told Magyar Hírlap.
The leaders of the EU made a mistake by inviting migrants to Europe and now they don't know how to handle the situation – this is why they want to relocate them, former president of the Czech Republic, Václav Klaus told Magyar Hírlap. The results of the recent elections show that at some parts of Europe people have already opened their eyes. This could be seen regarding the presidential elections in Austria, the state elections in Upper Austria, the Dutch referendum about the EU-Ukraine treaty and also regarding the success of AfD in Germany, the politician recalled. According to the former president, these are the results of the same phenomenon, like Brexit, and this the beginning of a popular revolt. The EU is a threat to Europe and it causes the decline of the continent, Mr Klaus added.
