The government will answer to the European Commission's standpoint, which ignores some important factors regarding the national consultation, which is about the country's sovereignty, according to state secretary Csaba Dömötör.
More than 760.000 people have already expressed their opinion in the national consultation, State Secretary of the PM's Cabinet Office, Csaba Dömötör told the Hungarian news agency MTI on Wednesday. He added that the interest in the consultation increased after last week's debates in Brussels. Mr. Dömötör also said that this week the government will answer to the European Commission's standpoint, because their document regarding the consultation is rather misleading and ignores some important factors. For example it doesn't mention plans of unlimited resettlement and that how the liberalisation of the energy market can cause higher prices. The consultation is about the country's sovereignty, he emphasised.
