The Austrian authorities continued their spot-checks, causing five km long traffic jam on the M1 motorway.
Saturday the longest traffic jam was five km long, but by the afternoon it was only one km long. Eventually, the traffic went smoothly again in the evening hours.
According to the Austrian authorities, spot-checks are needed to filter human traffickers, although the Hungarian officials have already objected against the actions.
