First movie, funded by the Hungarian National Film Fund, has been rolling. The Seventh Haiberdier will be premiered next spring.
The National Film Fund's Incubator Program was started last year to support young filmmakers in making their first movie.
Filmmakers can still apply for funding until 12 Septem this year. Last year, 67 application arrived and five story won funding.
The Seventh Halberdier got HUF 62 Mln. It will be the first comedy of Csaba Vekes and Balazs Dudas, showing a carrier story with rough decisions and unexpected turns. According to officials, the movie might most likely to be premiered in next spring.
