Employment rates hits new high as the number of working people is four million 300000 in Hungary, according to the latest report of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH).
In the period February-April 2016, the number of people aged 15-74 years in employment rose by 153000 year-on-year, to four million 294000. This has been the highest figure in 26 years.
The employment rate of the 15-64 age group has risen up to 65.6 percent. A for genders, 72.2 percent of men in the given age group work, whereas 59 percent of women is in employment which is a the highest number in years.
