Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport registered a new passenger traffic record. 1 million 152000 people used the airport in July.
According to website Anna.aero's data, Budapest Aiport welcomed 6 million 337000 passengers since the beginning of the year. It's a 10,6 percent increase compared to last years' statistics.
The absolute record was set in 2015 when a total of 10,2 million persons arrived to or departed from Budapest Airport. Experts expect that stats will increase this year with more than 11 million passengers.
