New Hungarian Police Contingent on the Way to Macedonia

Police forces will serve at the Macedonian-Greek border

A new group of Hungarian police officers left for Macedonia Monday morning. The twenty-five officers will serve 30 days at the Macedonian-Greek border section.

Under the Macedonian management and supervision, they will help the local forces to fulfill patrolling, accompanying and guarding functions. Additionally, they will try to prevent human trafficking and uncovere the activities of smugglers.

It's the sixth Hungarian police unit in Macedonia. Altogether seventy-eight people served in Macedonia.
