Hungary firmly supports families to halt the population decrease, said Minister of National Economy Mihaly Varga at the inauguration of a new kindergarten in Budapest.
Hungary would like to halt the population decrease, so it tries to take actions for a significant population increase. Such measures include supporting families, and supporting even more families with 3+ children, giving tax benefits for families and supporting businesses that may offer part-time jobs.
Moreover, Hungary launched a new program for better kindergarten care. As an example, Obuda, a district of Budapest had financial support to reconstruct one of its kindergartens for HUF 144 mln.
