Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met Commissioner Maros Sefcovic in Budapest.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán Maros Sefcovic, Vice-President of the European Commission for Energy Union, agreed on the importance of energy security and low European energy prices during their meeting on Tuesday. The Commissioner briefed the participants on the Commission’s ideas on energy policy, Kormány.hu reported, quoting the press chief of the prime minister.

Mr. Orbán underlined that he considers the reductions in household utility charges in Hungary a great achievement, which the Government of Hungary will protect.
