Hungary celebrated St Stephen’s Day national holiday, remembering its first, state founder king. Dignitaries all over the country participated in reembrace events.
President Janos Ader started the event with holding a speech at Budapest’s Parliament Square. “We’re the people of St Steven, a colourful country that went through difficult moments of history alone in many cases”, he said that Hungarians know difficulties very close, but they are always smart, they believe and have strength to follow through.
