The citizens have less and less trust in the EU, Laszlo Kover concluded in Luxemburg.
The speakers of European parliaments agreed that Europe is in crisis and the citizens of the European Union have less and less trust in the EU, speaker of the Hungarian parliament, Laszlo Kover said after meeting his counterparts in Luxembourg. According to the politician the trust crisis of the EU can be seen in the prospect of Brexit, the Dutch referendum and also in the result of the Freedom Party (FPÖ) and the Austrian presidential elections. He noted that the majority of the comments at the speakers' conference was rather shallow, but the final statement of the conference is important because it tries to find answers to questions that divide Europe.
