Budapest Zoological and Botanical Garden were inaugurated 150 years ago. Projects are planned to further develop the zoo until the end of the decade.
One of the most important goals of the zoo is to create a relation between people and animals like „Noah's Ark”. The park development, as well as the construction of the so-called Pannon Park and Biodom are planned to be open in 2018-2019. Such developments will be worthy of the zoological garden's 150 years of history, said the Minister of Human Ressources Zoltan Balog.
