A trademark for baking products will be introduced and could be used by products that have been certifiably made of Hungarian ingredients, in Hungarian factories and by a Hungarian workforce, announced president of the Hungarian Baker Alliance.
The Alliance also would like to create a bakery network for companies of the Hungarian baking industry.
Unfortunately, statistics say that the baking industry is in shortage of employees with 2500-3000 people. Solutions might be better trainings, improvements in working conditions and a better salary.
