Hungary will most likely to harvest around 2.6 million tons of fruits and vegetables in spite of unpredictable weather conditions, announced officials Friday.
As for fruits, the whole amount of yielded fruits will be around the usual average, whereas in the vegetables sector, the numbers might be even higher. The sector altogether will produce 2.6 million tons.
It's very fortunate after the devastating blow of ice and freezing weather during the late spring, as well as the early summer storms.
