Avalanche Trapped a Hungarian Climber

Zoltan Pal and his Slovak partner get in trouble on Mount Everest

Two climbers from Slovakia, one of them is Hungarian, have been trapped in an avalanche that struck a difficult route to Mt Everest above 7,000 m on Tuesday morning, according to an expedition organiser.  

Zoltan Pal and Vladimir Strba's goal was to get on the top of the Mount Everest along a very hard route. Avalanche struck them above the Camp II.

The search-party started forenoon. According to rescuers, one of them has suffered injuries while the other looked fine.
