Ivica Dacic, the Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs, doesn't believe that Hungary would decide alone in building a physical barrier at the Hungarian-Serbian border. Waves of refugees will be on of the most important questions to discuss at the two governments' joint cabinet meeting, starting on 1st July.
