Those politicians who urge the voters to boycott the referendum, are cowards, said Minister Janos Lazar at his weekly press conference.
The government has to count with the problem of immigration during the next years too, this is why the border fence must be strengthened, the Minister Heading the Prime Minister's Office, Janos Lazar told a press conference on Thursday. He noted that the purpose of the new fence is to ensure total safety on the Serbian border. Mr Lazar also added that the police and the army will also recruit new people. Regarding the referendum against the mandatory refugee quota, he said that the government alone, without the help of the voters won't have enough power to act against the decision of the European Commission. Those who campaign for boycotting the referendum are coward politicians, he said, referring to certain leaders of the leftist liberal opposition.
