The World Health Organization (WHO) opened a center in Budapest, Hungary.
“It is definitely a significant occasion for all of us to see the realization of the common efforts of the Hungarian Government and the World Health Organization for establishing a WHO center in Budapest and further enhancing the efficiency of the organization’s work”, said Istvan Mikola, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade at the official opening ceremony
He also added that Hungary and the WHO envisage a new stage of an already close cooperation.
