The Parliament has already started to discuss a new proposal to decrease VAT on building new homes from 27 percent to only 5 percent.
The proposal was only presented Monday, but probably will be on voting list Tuesday. It covers building block of flats under 150 square meters each or family houses under 300 square meters.
The bill, if it goes through the Tuesday vote, should be implemented on 1 January next year.
