Hungary’s tourism continues to pick up in 2016 with significant increase both in nights spent by international and domestic tourists reported KSH.
According to KSH latest report, nights spend by international tourists increased by 21 percent whereas domestic tourists nights rose by 8.6 percent. The majority of tourists arrived from the UK and Italy with 20 percent and 17 percent respectively. The international tourists stayed the most in Budapest whereas domestic tourists also chose the capital many times but they put Central Transdanubia region.
