The leaders of the Visegrad Four countries signed documents about innovation in Warsaw and also discussed migration.

The European future is in the countries of the Visegrad Group, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in Warsaw, at the CEE Innovators Summit, which he attended with his V4 counterparts. Speaking at a panel talk, he stressed that the focus of European development will move from the Western part of the continent to the center.

Earlier, at the joint V4 press conference Mr. Orban said that Europe is coming closer to a reasonable migration policy. The Visegrad leaders discussed immigration, Brexit and several other topics at their summit. The Prime Minister said that Hungary closed all legal loopholes and is ready to cope with the consequences of the possible failure of the EU-Turkey pact. ”We are able to stop even the biggest migration flow on the Hungarian-Serbian border”, he said. Mr. Orban also stressed that Hungary made the first steps to stop ”migration business”, after it became clear that ”several NGO's see migration as a business opportunity”. ”We create the framework for the full transparency of NGO's", he added.
