Terrorists sent to a number of countries in the world are ready to commit acts of terrorism, said Thursday Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister Gyorgy Bakondi. Current incidents, like event in Cologne on New Year’s Eve, might be “tests”.
According to Mr Bakond, ISIS is a “threat to the world”, including not only the United States, but even the Islamic countries, as the recent Istanbul attack showed. They have also committed attacks in a number of European countries. He also added that such events like he Cologne incidents on New Year’s Eve might be only “tests” for mobilization capacities.
To be able to defend the country, “Hungary needs an amendment for its Constitution to introduce rapid measures in extraordinary circumstances”, Bakondi added.
