Terror alert remains at Level 2 for one or two weeks, announced officials Thursday.
Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister Gyorgy Bakondi announced the current increased level of terror alert have to be kept in order until the exact circumstances of the Brussels attacks and its potential further strands have been clarified. The given process might run for two weeks.
As soon as everything is clarified, the level of terror alert might be reduced to Level 3.
Mr Bakondi stated that Hungary is in no imminent danger according to the current intelligence information but the Brussels terror attacks has certain strands which could also affect the country.
