The only way to avoid becoming the collection point for migrants, Hungary should not allow them to enter the country, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter Szijjarto, reacting to Austria's new, stricter anti-migration policy.
Szijjarto told a press conference in Tapolca that "if there's a change of power in Hungary after the April 8 election that ushers in a pro-migration government, then Hungary could easily become a collection point for the migrant population, since arrivals would not be able to move on to western Europe", MTI reports.
"To ensure that not a single migrant enters Hungary, the work of the current government must continue", he underlined.
