The shipping season on the Danube has started with a spectacular march of Hungarian Danube ships. Sunday morning 23 ships sailed along the Hungarian capital.
Almost 5000 people could travel with ships free as part of the program. 470 socially unprivileged and handicapped children were among the guests.
Ship tourism is very important in Hungary, as companies operate on the river 10000 routes yearly to make tourist be able to see Budapest.
