Son of Saul Won BAFTA

The critically acclaimed holocaust drama added one more to its outstanding award lineup

Last year's Oscar winner masterpiece, Son of Saul won the Film Not in the English Language at BAFTAs.  

Laszlo Nemes' critically acclaimed holocaust drama has already collected all the major movie awards. Plus, Son of Saul has become the second Hungarian film to win for a foreign-language BAFTA after Colonel Redl by Istvan Szabo won it in 1986.

The other nominations were Dheepan, Julieta, Mustang and Toni Erdmann. Interestingly, Paul Verhoeven’s rape movie, Elle.
