Son of Saul has reportedly boosted film production in Hungary. But according to experts, the impact will supposed to be felt in three years time.
Local studios benefits from Son of Saul's Oscar win, wrote vg.hu. However, the real impact might be felt in the next three years, said Mihály Tóth, marketing director at Origo Film Group, as the Korda Studio is fully booked for 2015.
Hungary has been a home for shooting of many highly popular blockbusters, most recently including Ridley Scott’s The Martian and Ron Howard’s Inferno.
