The Hungarian Parliament voted in favour of the free Sunday openings of each retail establishment.
The parliament approved the Monday proposal by 163 votes to 2, with 11 abstentions. So shops may be open from this Sunday,
According to officials, the opening ban resulted great numbers in retail, but “the Government has failed to convince the public of the legislation’s benefits”. So the recommended re-change was needed as over the past year the issue has proved to be divisive.
