The Hungarians must make a rational decision on 2 October, said State Secretary Miklos Soltesz commenting the referendum on quota system.
“People must make a rational decision Sunday and vote no at the referendum so we can counter Brussels’s rampage”, he said, adding that Hungary shares EC President Jean-Claude Juncker's view on solidarity. Mr Juncker had said previously that it must come from the heart and cannot be made compulsory.
Mr Soltesz stated that Hungary has already donated HUF 450 million to support charity organizations' work in the area of Hungary's Southern border.
