The Hungarian-Serbian border is under permanent pressure, announced Gyorgy Bakondi, Chief Security Adviser to the Prime Minister Monday.
“Last year’s figures show that, although to a lesser extent than in 2015, the Hungarian-Serbian border is still under permanent pressure”, Mr Bakondi said, adding that 1142 people wanted to cross the border illegally so far this year, which equals the numbers of last year.
