PM Viktor Orban won a case against previous PM Ferenc Gyurcsany's firm, Altus Ltd.
The Budapest Court of Appeal has overturned the previous first-instance ruling. Mr Gyurcsany launched a suit because he objected to the PM questioning the legitimacy of a contract between Altus and the EU.
The court of second instance has now overturned the preliminary ruling delivered in May in favour of Altus, and has fully rejected its court action against Viktor Orban.
