105 migrants wanted to cross illegally the Hungarian-Serbian border during the weekend but they were apprehended by the Hungarian forces.
“105 illegal migrants were apprehended within the territory of Hungary between Friday and Sunday”, the National Police Headquarters Monday. 20, 22 and 53 migrants were apprehended on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively, and were accompanied back across the razor wire fence by the police and soldiers on duty along the Hungarian-Serbian border. 10 illegal immigrants were apprehended within the 8 kilometer “deep border” zone and along other peripheral stretches of the border and 2 suspects were charged with people smuggling over the weekend.
