Viktor Orban meets Matteo Salvini on Tuesday in Milan and Vladimir Putin on September 18 in Moscow. During the weekend he attends the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games in Kyrgizistan, and attends the European Council's informail meeting on September 19-20.
