The EU borders should be closed and Hungary won't allow migrants to be transferred back to the country, said PM Viktor Orban before the EU summit in Brussels.
PM Orban stated that there's no chance that Hungary would make a concession regarding migration influx. “Legality must be restored, and Schengen Agreement must be kept word-for-word”, he added.
According to Mr Orban, if Europe transfers migrants from Greece or Turkey, it will encourage for an even higher amount of migration. So borders have to be closed and every other action may happen after that.
