New act on increasing family home constructions has been approved by the Hungarian Parliament. Representatives voted in favour of the proposal in exceptional process.
Who joins the program, has to pay a given amount of money in a timely manner. But they will get the remaining amount for buying a new family home as an ex interest loan from other members of the program. State support also goes with the program, up to 30 percent of the first obligatory amount.
According to officials, the new program will help to increase family home constructions. Currently, Hungary is well behind the regional average in family home constructions.
