The Hungarian solo sailor Nandor Fa completed Vendee Globe round-the-world yacht race Wednesday, finishing eighth.
He finished the race at the 8th place of 29 skippers with his solo yacht Spirit of Hungary. He sailed 27,850 miles with total time of 93 days, 22 hrs, 52 mins, and 9 secs. His average speed was 12.35 knots.
