Underprivileged and disabled students may get additional grants to be able to participate in the Erasmus program, increasing the number of participating students.
20 percent of Hungarian students got grants in the 2015/2016 academic year. From the next academic year, unprivileged and disabled students will get further grants to be able to travel abroad as Erasmus students, announced the Tempus Public Foundation. Experts say that it will increase significantly the number of participating students.
Students will receive around EUR 400-600, unprivileged and disabled students may claim for an additional EUR 100 grant.
