Fidesz government would like to increase the number of local courts, announced officials Monday.
Courts would handle local cases and different legal problems. Courts would hold “complain days” when anyone can turn to to the court to file his complaint with the help of official court employees. With a new electronic system, that is still under construction, witness hearings could be also hold.
Lots of municipalities have already announced that they would like to have own courts for local cases.
