According to the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH) newest report, the Hungarian unemployment rate has dropped by 1.2 points to 6.2 percent form November 2015 to January 2016.
The amount of unemployed people altogether was 279,000, says KSH. It's 51,000 people less then it was in 2014. As for 15-71 year-old age group, men unemployment has declined by 29,000 to 148,000, and by 22,000 to 131,000 regarding the women unemployment rate.
Number of registered jobseekers has also fallen by 13 percent, KSH reported.
