According to experts, Moody's Investors Service made the right decision upgrading Hungary to Baa3 from Ba1.
Economists say, however, that Moody's could have came to the same conclusion almost one and a half year ago as Hungary’s economic state was stable by then.
Moody's only gave the country a stable outlook Friday night based on some key drivers, including the government debt burden, structural economic improvements and significant reduction in external vulnerability.
