Migration routes may change but Hungary won't allowed human traffickers to make migrants pass trough the country, says officials.
According to the Prime Minister’s Chief Advisor on National Security Gyorgy Bakondi, Hungary will take every chance to stop migrants if migration routes changes. He added that Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria had all introduced significant restrictions. Moreover, only Iraqi, Syrian and Afghan refugees are now being accepted, and only if they wish to apply for asylum in Austria or Germany.
“We have to do everything in our power to stop illegal migration the EU borders, and primarily at the Schengen area borders”, said Mr Bakondi.
