The referendum will send a clear message, said Government Spokesperson Zoltan Kovacs Friday.
Hungary has not transferred any right concerning migration to Brussels. If the people don’t want something then policies cannot be built on it, because “it creates more tension than solutions”, Mr Kovacs said, adding that the problem must be kept outside Europe and help should be taken to where it's really needed.
