Hungarian mayors to discuss problems caused by mass immigration next Saturday.

871 councils all over Hungary have already accepted a statement in support of the government's migration policy, mayor of Budapest's 8th district, Mate Kocsis said on Sunday. The Fidesz politician held a press conference with the mayors of Debrecen and Tiszasziget, announced that mayors who support the government's migration policy will hold a conference next Saturday. They will talk about the problems caused by mass immigration, discuss how they can help the government and the planned referendum against the mandatory refugee quota.

Kocsis emphasised that they are interested in the success of the referendum so they will campaign for it. According to Kocsis it's very important to stop the EU from implementing the ”illegitimate, pointless and dangerous” quota and that none of the mayors want to see events in Cologne to be repeated in their own towns.
