Only 2.7 hl new wine could be now in the Hungarian attics, reported officials.
According to Agriculture Ministry, yield was different throughout the country, but the eventual harvest produced worst numbers than it was previously reported. Extremely rough weather conditions might have played some role in the bad outcome, starting with the devastating blow of ice and freezing weather during the late spring, and continuing with the early summer storms.
