According to security officials, it has been an ongoing trend that more and more violent acts can be seen in European refugee camps.
“The case of an Algerian man who attacked an armed guard in the Kiskunhalas refugee camp on Thursday confirms the trend”, said Gyorgy Bakondi, Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister.
Mr Bakondi pointed out that Hungarian and European law applies equally to everyone, including refugees, that's why the violent migrant needed to be handcuffed when he constantly kicked and protested.
