President Janos Ader sent a telegram of condolences to his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah el-Sisi over a recent terrorist attack in Egypt, MTI reported. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade condemned the attack.
Ader expressed sympathy with friends and families of the victims, and wished an early recovery to the wounded. Hungary will continue to support efforts to ensure that "those obsessed with killing are prevented from jeopardising peaceful and good-willed believers", Ader said in his telegram.
