Chef Tamas Szell and his team took 4th place at the Bocuse d'Or Finale in Lyon with the special award of the best dish on a tray.
Chef Szell arrived to the world's most prestigious culinary competition, the Bocuse d'Or Finale, as the winner of the European Selection. His goal was to pick one of the first five places, and he did it with the crown of the best dish on a tray and better altogether points than the hosting French team.
USA won the finale this year, Norway went second and Iceland took the bronze medal at the competition.
