Although, Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced previously that Hungary made a major breakthrough regarding the EU quota system, Monday, Head of Cabinet of the Prime Minister Antal Rogan spoke about “the still existing threat” of mandatory resettlement quotas.
According to Mr Rogan so far more than one million people have entered Europe, so Hungary would be obliged to take fifteen thousand people and their families in. He added that the Government will file Hungary's claim against the EU quota system at the European Court of Justice by 14 December.
